Mr. James Flood oversees the newly created DPFG Field Services entity at the San Juan Capistrano headquarters of DPFG. He has over 25 years in the Construction Management/Land Development Profession. His experience includes Master Planned Community Development including supervision of land improvements and house construction, infill condominium construction, apartment construction, mixed use, offsite construction supervision of roads, parks, schools, sewer lift stations, water storage tanks, golf course management, and club house construction.
