PROPERTY TAX APPEALS SERVICES
- Identify the owner's opinion of value(s) and/or target value(s) for tax year in question
- Develop the most appropriate method to appeal the owner's properties
- Gather information from property owner(s) in order to prepare the most effective petition for tax year in question
- Identify and review property owner's assets
- File required personal property documents
- Develop arguments for property valuation reductions
