Delays in the planning, design, and construction of public improvements applicable to new development can cost the land developer or builder significant dollars to their bottom line. An experienced engineer will navigate the obstacles and steer around road blocks in order to keep a development project schedule. Sometimes creative alternatives need to be provided to steer around such obstacles, and other times the engineer must compel the public agency to fully comply with the specific terms of relevant agreements. DPFG consultants and engineers are uniquely positioned to provide timely and comprehensive results for our clients.
