Changes to the Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act

California Assembly Bill 373 (Wolk) amends numerous provisions of the Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982. AB373 was signed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger on October 13, 2007 and will take effect January 1, 2008.
