DPFG Opens New Office in Texas
May 1st, 2007
DPFG Inc. a leader in providing specialized real estate consulting services for home builders and land developers announces today the opening of a new office location in Austin, Texas to allow for the continued expansion into the southwest region of the U.S. In the past several decades, southern and western states have experienced dramatic population and economic growth; California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas and Florida have long been the benefactors of this expansion and migratory movement, and DPFG has a long history of working with our developer and homebuilder clients in these growth states. DPFG is a full service real estate consulting firm which works with our clients to formulate and implement strategies to reduce development costs, mitigate development risk and finance public infrastructure. Texas developers and builders face the challenges of constructing and financing infrastructure. Fortunately, like other growth states, financing mechanisms such as Public Improvement Districts (“PIDs”), Tax Increment Reinvestment Zones (“TIRZs”), Municipal Utility Districts (“MUDs”), Water Control & Improvement Districts (“WCIDs”) and Fresh Water Supply Districts (“FWSDs”) are available to developers in Texas to mitigate and properly allocate the expensive burden of constructing infrastructure. The new office can be reached at: 1114 Lost Creek Blvd., Suite 430 Austin, TX 78746 (512) 732-0295
