Lacey Miller Joins DPFG, Inc.

Development Planning & Financing Group, Inc., ("DPFG") is pleased to welcome Lacey Miller as a Manager in our Phoenix, Arizona office. Lacey will focus on DPFG's market advisory services to compliment the firm's asset management, strategic planning, feasibility analysis, project evaluation, project management, due diligence and financial management services.
In this capacity, Lacey will provide clients with an array of market advisory services related to consumers, absorption, pricing and land uses in assistance with the execution of critical business decisions. Lacey has over 11 years of real estate experience in strategic planning, product positioning and conducting consumer research to support investment and revenue producing activities for builders, developers and investors. Prior to joining DPFG, Lacey was the Manager of the Phoenix office for Sullivan Group Real Estate Advisors and the Director of Strategic Marketing for the West Division of Pulte Homes in Phoenix. In addition, she has strategic marketing experience with Pulte/Del Webb Corporation, the nation's largest home builder and the leader in the development of active adult communities.

Lacey has a Master’s of Mass Communication degree from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Telecommunication and a B.S. in Communication, both from Arizona State University. She is currently an adjunct faculty member with Ashford University in Clinton, Iowa and a Board Director for Rebuilding Together Valley of the Sun in Phoenix.
